Rhonda Courtright

Rhonda is the head counselor for Heartland Recovery Center’s evening Outpatient Program (OP). She began working in the field of addiction after graduating with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Post-graduation, Rhonda worked with both adolescents and adults seeking treatment for substance abuse.

After nearly a six-year hiatus, Rhonda comes back to the field leading the OP program two nights a week. Rhonda believes that the work people do in recovery is some of the hardest and bravest work that can be done and she wants to assist people on the path to recovery. She chose to work at Heartland Recovery Center because she truly sees how Heartland has had a positive effect on every client that walks through the doors. Every day Rhonda comes into work, she finds hope and inspiration through our client’s journeys.
